Refundable reservation terms

Pre-launch legal draft. Checkout must not be enabled until the legal seller name, registered address, tax treatment, support contact, governing law and Stripe statement descriptor have been completed and reviewed for the launch markets.

Version: founding-2026-07-24. These terms describe the intended commercial promise implemented by the reservation flow.

Plain-language promise

You pay 30% of the displayed founder total to reserve a place and lock that founder price. The deposit is refundable until you explicitly approve the final production specification and remaining balance. Payment is not a medical-device purchase and does not guarantee a clinical result.

1. What the deposit reserves

The deposit reserves a position in the first production cohort, the selected rank and collection size, and the displayed founder price before optional changes requested later. Personalization and identity preferences are provisional until the production sample is approved.

2. Production gates before the balance

HIGHEST will provide the supplier/material proposal, final compatibility statement for the selected format, approved finish and engraving sample, final price, and estimated delivery window before requesting the remaining 70%.

3. Refunds and changes

A founder may request a refund before approving the final specification.
HIGHEST will offer a switch or full refund if the selected format cannot be validated.
If verified landed-and-packed product cost exceeds the campaign ceiling of 20% of ex-VAT revenue and requires a transparent reprice, the founder may accept it or receive a full refund.
If the minimum viable production run is not reached within the published campaign window, HIGHEST will publish the decision and offer a full refund.
After explicit final approval and production commitment, ordinary made-to-order and personalized-goods cancellation limits may apply; the final terms will be shown before that commitment.

4. Prototype status

Metal production, final 316L realization, finish, production tolerance, delivery timing and some format fits remain unqualified. Current FDM fit evidence is not production qualification. HIGHEST may improve non-material details before the final specification, but will not charge a balance without founder approval.

5. Health and contents

HIGHEST is a container and identity system. It does not supply, prescribe, dose, preserve or improve any substance. Founders are responsible for following the manufacturer’s storage, handling and safety instructions for anything placed inside.

6. Payments

Stripe processes the deposit and any refund. Card data is not collected by this website. Taxes, delivery countries, shipping price and customs treatment must be finalized before checkout is enabled and will be stated before the remaining balance.
